Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove West Arts Center Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
