Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Ember Community Partners runs community programmes across Charleston, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
