Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charleston, SC)

Cedar Fox Property Management Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
