Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Associates plans bus and rail service for cities around Charleston. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
