Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charleston, SC)

Summit Meadow Property Management Group is a Charleston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 760 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
