Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
