Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Buffalo design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
