Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Amberfield Glen Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Buffalo, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 863 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
