Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Birch Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
