Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Buffalo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
