Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Cedar Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
