Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Orchard Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
