Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Granite Property Management looks after rental homes across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
