Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Buffalo with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
