Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Buffalo caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
