Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Boise, ID)

Redstone Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Boise, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
