Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Fern Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 766 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
