Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Vista Community Partners is a nonprofit in Birmingham supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
