Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Birmingham, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
