Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Vista Early Learning runs childcare centres in Birmingham caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
