Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
