Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 945 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
