Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
