Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Atlanta. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
