Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Haven Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
