Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Harbor Arts Center Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
