Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
