Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Summit Sable Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
