Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Anchorage. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
