Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Drift Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Anchorage. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
