Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wren Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
