Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Wren Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
