Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove West Arts Center Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
