Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Albuquerque, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
