Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
