Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bridge Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
