Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Pine Community Partners is a Wichita charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
