Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Loom Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Wichita area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 478 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
