Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Mill Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
