Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
