Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Rook Housing manages affordable housing communities across Virginia Beach, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
