Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Virginia Beach working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
