Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ember Early Learning Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
