Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright Birch Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
