Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
