Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Stone Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
