Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
