Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Toledo working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
