Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Rook Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
