Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Meadow Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Toledo, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
